Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation in climate-controlled facilities
- Collaborate with team leads to meet weekend production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Basic math skills and ability to read picklists
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
