Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Verify product quality and quantity before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
