Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and verification
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Organize and label finished shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Weekend availability (mandatory Saturday/Sunday)
