Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality checks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining order quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Document all activities and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
