Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and damage-free packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation if applicable)
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
