Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners
- Safely pack and secure items for shipment using proper materials and techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential for overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
