Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
