Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to daily schedules and priority levels
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity and packaging standards
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet weekend deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
