Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage before final packaging.
- Ensure all orders are staged correctly and prepared for timely shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure workplace safety.
- Sort, organize, and rotate stock in the warehouse as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
