Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to pick tickets and packing lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure optimal workflow
- Scan and label packages using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to 7am-5pm weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
