Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, wrapped, and loaded onto pallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and verifying products.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
