We are a leading logistics provider in the Atlanta area, currently seeking Urgent Weekend Shift Pickers and Packers to join our high-performance fulfillment team. Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently retrieve items from shelves based on customer orders and pack them securely in boxes for shipping.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets our high standards before dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld RF scanners to update inventory levels and ensure data accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow during peak times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be willing to undergo a background check.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
