Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to client specifications.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly and orders are sealed securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform quality control checks to minimize errors and returns.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
