Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items from the warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pack them securely for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage before packing and verify that all order details match the packing slip.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Customer Service: Process returns and exchanges efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors in order fulfillment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Reliability: Punctual and willing to work overtime when necessary.
