Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from warehouse shelves based on picking tickets and customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Scan barcodes and labels to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Perform quality assurance checks to verify the contents of packages before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston facility.
