We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our fulfillment center for immediate weekend shifts in Columbus, Ohio. As a Picker Packer, you will be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order slips and scanning technology.
- Package items securely using appropriate wrapping materials and boxes.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Inspect goods for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience is a plus).
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand or walk for long periods.
