As a key member of our weekend operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a competitive hourly wage, weekend shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products from the warehouse floor according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Inventory Management: Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging is secure and compliant with shipping standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or other warehouse machinery as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime during peak seasons.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
