Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality standards before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for courier delivery.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use scanning equipment quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
