Your Role:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for selecting products from the warehouse floor and preparing them for shipment, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely.
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in designated storage areas to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies and optimize packing processes.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and ensuring shipment labels are correct.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience (picking and packing) is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (WMS) quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must possess a valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
