Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of all items against packing slips and ensure packages are securely sealed and labeled.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment for all team members.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
