As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. If you are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to work hard, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from the warehouse floor based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Accurately pack and label items to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify that all items are correct and in good condition before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
