Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Follow quality control standards for packaging
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet shift targets
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Mission Street location
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
