Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and complete basic preventative maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Stack and organize products in designated storage locations to maximize warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and wrapping, as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (sit-down, stand-up, and reach truck experience preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Proven ability to work a full weekend shift schedule (Friday through Sunday).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee facility and a strong attendance record.
