Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Maintain organized inventory records with zero discrepancy tolerance
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for weekend shift efficiency
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Support inventory cycle counts and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
