Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized, clean warehouse environment following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
- Train on warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude with commitment to safety standards
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Mission District location
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
