Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for outbound shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelves to ensure efficient inventory flow.
- Conduct daily quality control checks and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
