Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality assurance and proper labeling
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Support weekend loading/unloading of freight trucks with proper dock procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to our South Boston facility
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry
- Positive attitude and commitment to weekend availability
