Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory in designated zones
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure compliance
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices/scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (training provided)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
