Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and package them for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse and assist with cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and log data into warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic and be punctual.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for following safety instructions and operating equipment.
