Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and manage inventory using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and cleanliness
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to industrial zone location
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
