Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to daily fulfillment targets
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stocking and rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid government-issued photo ID (must pass background check)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Availability for both weekend shifts (6 AM - 2:30 PM Sat/Sun)
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
