Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse floors
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial area
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Weekend availability (Saturday 6AM-2PM, Sunday 6AM-2PM)
