Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Shift Adherence: Work efficiently during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to read labels and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
