Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and process incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) safely
- Maintain organized inventory records and cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets
- Support outbound shipping and loading processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (inventory software a plus)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid driver's license preferred
