Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas while conducting regular inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train on new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Fri-Sun)
