Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Perform inventory control and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Load/unload trucks with proper handling protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent workplace incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and scanner operation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation may require)
