- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 45°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product loading/unloading
- Conduct inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for streamlined operations
- Prepare detailed shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
