Responsibilities
- Operate heavy industrial equipment, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, to move pallets and materials safely.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in safe working condition.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy to prevent shortages.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to shipping schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Current and valid forklift certification (Class 1, 3, or 4).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic computer skills for logging daily activities.
