Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and ensure proper organization of stock.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including palletizing and shrink-wrapping when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or license (Class A, B, or C).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
