Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintaining clean work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
