Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify order details against packing slips and manifests
- Operate packing equipment and maintain clean workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
