Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform efficient order picking, packing, and palletizing for retail distribution
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle-accurate stock rotations
- Operate material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Enforce strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards in all work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Complete daily shift reports and quality assurance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Proficient in digital tools (RF scanners, basic computer systems)
