Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products for damage before shipping
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly workstations and storage areas
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
