Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours per day in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and push/pull up to 75 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
