Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders and quality standards.
- Verify accuracy of items against packing slips to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
