Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and ship products accurately according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload pallets using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfillment center environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn barcode scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
