Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks before shipment dispatch
- Maintain real-time inventory counts in WMS systems
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve order discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picker packer experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners or inventory software
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Phoenix facility
