Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for material movement
- Perform quality control checks before shipment dispatch
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and inventory accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Collaborate with weekend team leads for shift handovers
- Support inventory cycle counts and warehouse audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts on concrete floors
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Weekend availability (mandatory Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
