Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse workflow during weekend shifts
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend shift productivity
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts on weekends
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible start times)
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Pass pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
