Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, strictly adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized for daily operations.
- Perform daily quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers with precision and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly without strain.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn and operate scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
